Refund Policy

All items are made to order. Due to the made to order nature of our business we do not accept cancellations exchange, refunds, or returns. Exceptions may be made at our discretions. (See Restocking Fee Below) 

We provide size charts on every listing so that customers can make the correct size selection when ordering.

Once packages leave our facility and are placed in the possession of the carrier we are not responsible at that point. It is then the carrier responsibility to deliver the package successfully. Any issues with the package must be taken with the carrier and not us “Trill and Lux".

  • Once order has been placed it cannot be modified.
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct address


Lost, Damaged or Stolen Order

We now offer shipping protection with Route. At checkout you can purchase this insurance to protect your purchase if Lost, Damaged or Stolen. If you decline the protection your assume all risk and loss.

Returned  / Undeliverable items

Orders returned due to items not being deliverable can be re-shipped however customer is responsible for re-shipping cost.

Seller refers to the website owner – the person to whom the order for the purchase has been given.

Buyer refers to the person or organization placing the order.

Goods or services refers to the product(s) for which the buyer has placed an order for with the seller.


 Billing Terms & Conditions

All payments are due at checkout. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be shipped. The buyer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment. We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Paypal as a form of payment.  

Shipping Policies

Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount calculated by the seller at the time of purchase. 

Your order will ship 7-10 business days from the date of purchase.

Trill and Lux is not responsible for lost or stolen Items. If your item is Lost or Stolen during delivery please Contact delivery service to rectify the issue.


 We do not accept cancellations. We do not offer cash refunds.
