How do I place an order?

Ordering is very easy. Simply find the item you like, select your size from the dropdown menu, and click the Add to Cart button. Once you've added all of your items to your shopping cart, click Go to Checkout to enter your payment/shipping details. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. 

When will my order ship? 

Your order will ship 7-10 business days from the date of purchase.

My order was Lost, Damaged or Stolen.

We now offer shipping protection with Route. At checkout you can purchase this insurance to protect your purchase if Lost, Damaged or Stolen. If you decline the protection your assume all risk and loss.

My order was returned to seller because the carrier was unable to deliver it.

Orders returned due to items not being deliverable can be reshipped however customer is responsible for reshipping cost.

Do you ship to International locations?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping is $35.00. We ship all International orders by USPS First Class International so that your order arrives as soon as possible. Delivery is typically 1-2 weeks. The receiver is responsible for any customs/duties incurred as a result of the shipment. 

How is the quality of your apparel?
We take great pride in not only producing eye catching apparel but also producing quality goods. You can rest assured that all of our products have been produced to the highest standards. 

Due to the Print, Cut and Sew process colors and patterns may differ in comparison to the listed photo.

How do I determine my proper size?
All of our apparel runs true to size. They are standard U.S. Men sizes. You can find the appropriate size chart for each item on the item's product page. If you have questions regarding sizing please e-mail TrillandLux@gmail.com

Do you Wholesale?
Yes, we do offer wholesale. If you own a retail store or boutique please e-mail info.TrillandLux@gmail.com to inquire on how you can carry our brand. 

Where is Trill & Lux located?
All of our items are shipped from Atlanta, Georgia 

Do you accept returns or issue refunds?
We do not offer returns or refunds. 

International orders are currently not eligible for return. Also, items listed in the "Tees" and "Hoodies" categories are custom made and therefore not eligible for return.
